Magnesium Sulfate (Epsom Salt), Maris Sal (Dead Sea Salt), Citrus Aurantium Dulcis (Orange) oil, Boswellia Carterii (Frankincense) oil, Cupressus Funebris Endlicher (Cedarwood) oil, Cinnamomum Zeylanicum (Cinnamon) leaf oil, Eugenia Carophyllus (Clove) bud oil. 

Throw a handful (or two!) under running water, leave for a moment to dissolve, then strip off and soak!
