  • Please make sure the address given is correct. Emi Floral Designs is not held responsible if it is not.
  • Please provide a 'safe place' or 'if no one is home' delivery instructions when ordering. If these instructions are followed, Emi Floral Designs is not held accountable for the condition of the flowers after delivery (if it is a hot day and the instructions are to leave the bouquet outside, they are likely to wilt if they are there for a while), although Emi Floral Designs will attempt to call to discuss options if this looks like an issue.
  • If there is no answer, no safe place and no neighbours available, Emi Floral Designs will bring the flowers back to the shop to keep them fresh and a collection will be organised for these.
  • Emi Floral Designs is not held accountable to any allergic reactions to our products and flowers.
  • Humidity, heat and rain can adversely affect your flowers. Please be aware Emi Floral Designs is not held responsible for the weather and how this may affect your flowers.
