Refund policy

In the unlikely event your parcel arrives damaged, the contents are faulty, or if you change your mind and wish to return it, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the parcel via email at: emifloraldesigns@yahoo.com

These items need to be returned within 14 days, unused with the original packaging please. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Once you have contacted us, please ensure that you include the Returns Slip, and we would recommend that you obtain a Certificate of Posting, should the parcel fail to reach us.  Alternatively, you are more than welcome to bring the parcel back to the shop during normal business hours:

With the exception of faulty items or goods damaged in transit, Emi Floral Designs are not responsible for return postage or associated costs.

CANCELLING YOUR ORDER

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped, by emailing emifloraldesigns@yahoo.com. Please be aware we aim to despatch your order as quickly as possible; so you can enjoy your items; and this may be same day, depending on the time we receive your order.
