How to use:

The Lavender Eye Pillow is ready to use as is, but if you would like to use for hot therapy, gently heat in the microwave for 15- 20 seconds or on top of the radiator. For a cold compress, chill in the freezer for 30 minutes; then slip over your eyes and enjoy the aromatherapy benefits of the lavender.
